Karachi: Spokesperson for K-Electric said on Tuesday that the electricity production supply from Karachi Nuclear Power Plant (Kanupp) has been restored today.
It was announced by the spokesperson a day earlier that even areas of the city that were currently and previously exempt from load shedding would be affected as Kanupp had been shut due to technical problems.
However, today the spokesperson added that there will be no suspension of electricity in the exempted areas.
He further said that Kanupp provides between 70 to 80MW to K-Electric.
