Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said Wednesday that ‘London plan’ has failed miserably.
Our correspondent said that the prime minister made these remarks while talking to media briefly outside his residence in upscale London neighborhood.
“Everybody has seen what has happened to London plan,” he said, adding journey for the progress of Pakistan would continue.
London plan is referred to a meeting between Imran Khan and Dr Tahirul Qadri in London wherein they allegedly discussed and planned their strategy against the Nawaz Sharif government.
Both PTI and PAT are staging sit-ins in capital Islamabad since August 14, 2014 demanding resignation from the prime minister over election rigging and Model Town massacre.
PM Sharif left his residence for on his visit to New York where he will address UN General Assembly session.
