Sessions Court in Islamabad has ordered former President General (Retd.) Pervez Musharraf to appear in the hearing of Abdul Rasheed Ghazi Murder Case on 8th November.
The murder case of the Lal Masjid cleric Abdul Rasheed Ghazi was heard in the court of Sessions Judge Wajid Ali Khan today.
Musharraf’s Counsel, during the hearing, submitted a petition for his client’s exemption from the hearing of the case by stating that a terror attack is feared on the former President.
The court, however, rejected the exemption petition and ordered Musharraf to appear before the court on 8th November along with his guarantors.
