DG Rangers and the Police IG have been informed of this letter. Sindh CTD Additional IG Sanaullah Abbasi also met with the Deputy Speaker of Sindh assembly regarding the death threat letter.

Speaking to media personnel, Shehla Raza claimed that she had always presented her point of view without fear of terrorism.

“When you speak out against evil people, these things are bound to happen,” she said. “I provided the relevant authorities with a series of numbers. They will conduct the inquiry,” she added.

Raza claimed that receiving threats was not something new too her since she had also received them in the past. She claimed that one caller had called from London and had threatened her as well.
