Inspector General (IG) Islamabad has written a letter to the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leadership and informed that there are security threats in the city due to Zarb-e-Azb operation.
In his letter, the IG also told the PTI that there is no permission of holding public gatherings in the city as section 144 is already imposed.
He wrote that the police is unable to provide protection to the party hence informed it about the threats.
