Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif will fly this morning from Lahore to Islamabad where he will have a meeting with Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif in a bid to break the ongoing political crisis.
The Army Chief was asked by the govt. to meditate between the ruling party and its opponents. He has already met the PAT and PTI leaders’ i.e Tahir-ul-Qadri & Imran Khan both of whom expressed their willingness to call off the sit-ins only on the fulfillment of their demands.
