Protestors in Parachanar continued their sit-ins at different places for the sixth consecutive day in support of their demands.
According to local sources, the protestors demanding that the political administration be changed, 36 arrested tribesmen be released and the order to expel the Khateeb of main Jama Masjid, Allama Muhammad Nawaz from the Agency should be withdrawn.
The tribal elders and Jirga have also approached senior army officials in this regard.
