Justice Nasirul Mulk took oath as the acting Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) in Islamabad earlier today.
Sources said that Justice Jawwad S. Khawaja administered the oath to the senior most Judge of the Supreme Court Justice Nasirul Mulk as acting CJP in a simple but dignified ceremony here.
Justice Nasirul Mulk will continue serving as acting CJP until the return of the CJP Justice Tasadduq Hussain Jilani on completion of his 10 days tour of Canada.
