At least five robbers Wednesday looted cash worth Rs0.8 million from a private commercial bank in Karachi.
The bank robbery occurred in North Nazimabad, block N. A senior police official said that guards posted at the bank are under investigation as they didn’t offer any resistance to the robbers.
Unfortunately, CCTV cameras were not working at the crime sight because of a power breakdown.
