Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) on Friday has sent the bodyguard of Abdul Qadir Gillani, son of former Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gillani, to judicial remand for two weeks.
Mohammad Khan, bodyguard of Abdul Qadir Gillani, allegedly gunned down 23 year old Malik Tahir in Defence area of Lahore on Wednesday. The case was filed in Defence-A police station.
Police has filed case against the accused under Section 148, 302, 109, 149 and under the terrorism law.
He was produced in the court of ATC Judge Ayub Khan. Police pleaded the court for an identification parade of the accused on which the bench sent the accused to jail for 14 days.
The court has ordered the authorities to present the alleged killer on 24th October after the identification proceedings.
