ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: NADRA appointment booking is now available through the PakID mobile app, allowing citizens to choose a registration centre and time slot before visiting, the authority said.
At the facility, users can schedule a visit from home and arrive shortly before their allotted time, rather than waiting in a regular queue. NADRA’s official website lists appointment booking for processing through inland NADRA Registration Centres among PakID services.
The appointment feature follows a series of recent PakID upgrades. NADRA spokesperson Syed Shabahat Ali said the app now includes facilities for correcting incomplete family records, uploading signatures and accessing digital identity documents.
PakID version 5.7.4 also introduced a dedicated Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) section for complaint registration and tracking, along with improvements to family data rectification and signature processing.

NADRA describes PakID as its official mobile platform for identity applications, updates, biometric verification, document uploads and service tracking.
The appointment rollout is separate from NADRA’s recently expanded Proof of Life services for pensioners, which are also available through PakID and other NADRA channels.
