The Hunarmand Punjab scholarship cards program will award 50,000 training scholarships across Pakistan for more than 30 digital and technical fields, with applications closing on August 21, 2026.
Under the announced allocation, 25,000 scholarship cards will go to Punjab, while another 25,000 will be distributed among Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan and Azad Kashmir.
Pakistani citizens aged 15 to 50 who have completed at least matriculation are eligible to apply for the Hunarmand Punjab Advanced IT and Technical Training Program, subject to additional program conditions.
Courses include artificial intelligence, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science, digital marketing, graphic design, web and app development, e-commerce, freelancing, video editing and YouTube monetisation.
Other options include Amazon Virtual Assistant, Shopify and Daraz business, WordPress, React, Node.js, MERN Stack, PHP Laravel, Python programming, SEO, Google Ads, textile designing, digital embroidery, penetration testing and IELTS preparation.
Candidates must score at least 85% in the final evaluation test. Those achieving 85% may qualify for fee reimbursement under the announced merit criteria.

Higher scores may qualify candidates for additional incentives: 86–88% for a solar panel, 89–91% for a Chromebook, 92–94% for a laptop, and 95% or above for an electric bike, according to the program details supplied.
