The firing and other incidents of violence left two persons dead in Karachi on Thursday.

A man, Shahab, was shot dead in Bangali Para locality of Korangi, police said.
A dead body with bullet wounds was found near a water drain in Surjani Town.
Police arrested four persons after exchange of fire in Darakhshan police jurisdiction. A stolen car and arms recovered from their possession. The accused were said to be involved in a number of street crimes.
Police and Rangers conducted raids in Lyari, Orangi and Gulbarg and arrested several accused which were later transferred to undisclosed place for interrogation.
