The former Principal Information Officer, Rao Tehsin Ali has decided to challenge the Dawnleaks inquiry commission recomendations in the court.
Rao while talking to media said that he “would be proceeded against under the E&D rules 1973 on the charges based on the report findings”.
Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Saturday approved the recommendations of the committee after which proceedings against Rao Tehsin were ordered.
The Dawnleaks Committee also proposed to action the Prime Minister’s Special Assistant Tariq Fatemi.
