Karachi, Sindh, police submitted more than 500 pages of documentary evidence to a sessions court on Tuesday to oppose bail pleas in the Pinky Drug Case.
The police sought rejection of the bail applications filed by drug suspect Anmol, alias Pinky, and her co-accused Zeeshan-ur-Rehman and Sohail Rehman.
According to the police report, Zeeshan-ur-Rehman and Sohail-ur-Rehman ran an Easyload shop. Police alleged that they used the shop as a front to support drug supply and handle financial transactions linked to Pinky.
Police also placed call recordings and voice notes before the court. Investigators said the material included exchanges between Pinky and her alleged accomplices.

The police prosecutor identified Zeeshan and Sohail as key facilitators in Pinky’s alleged drug network. Therefore, the prosecutor urged the court to reject their bail applications.
The Court of the District and Sessions Judge (South) deferred its verdict on the bail petitions. The court will announce its decision after reviewing the submissions.
The police had registered a case against Zeeshan and Sohail at the Baghdadi police station. The report did not give the next hearing date.
