Paramount Pictures released the official trailer, poster and first images for “The Angry Birds Movie 3,” the animated sequel scheduled for theatres on December 23, 2026.
People reported that Jason Sudeikis returns as Red in the family comedy, with the trailer showing the character facing fatherhood.
The film follows an angry bird trying to survive parenting while helping save the world.
The voice cast includes Jason Sudeikis, Josh Gad, Rachel Bloom, Danny McBride, Emma Myers, Walker Scobell, Keke Palmer, Lily James and Tim Robinson.

Marcello Hernández, Anna Cathcart, Maitreyi Ramakrishnan, Nikki Glaser, MrBeast, Salish Matter, Psalm West, Sam Richardson and James Austin Johnson also appear in the cast.
John Rice directed the film from a screenplay by Thurop Van Orman. John Cohen, Dan Chuba, Carla Connor and Namit Malhotra produced the film.
The sequel is produced by Paramount Pictures in association with Rovio Entertainment, One Cool Group, Dentsu and Flywheel Media. The film is a Prime Focus and John Cohen production.
