Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur has categorically denied claims made by Bushra Bibi, wife of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder, about being left alone at D-Chowk during a critical protest moment.
Addressing the media in Dera Ismail Khan, Gandapur stated that he was continuously by Bushra Bibi’s side throughout the rally.
Gandapur clarified, “If Bushra Bibi was referring to someone else, that is her personal view. I can confirm that I was with her from start to finish.”
Previously, Bushra Bibi described feeling abandoned at D-Chowk after a crackdown on PTI protesters.

Speaking in Charsadda, she shared her ordeal, stating, “At 12:30 AM, I found myself alone in my car, unnoticed by others as the area was being cleared.” She emphasized her commitment to remaining at the site because she had not been instructed to leave, adding, “Despite my requests not to be left alone, I ended up alone.”

Furthermore, there has been scrutiny over the accuracy of her claims regarding her presence at D-Chowk. Investigations suggest discrepancies in the timeline. At 8:30 PM, she was spotted with Gandapur near the NADRA Office after departing from Kulsoom Plaza. By 11:30 PM, leadership figures, including Gandapur and Bibi, had reportedly exited D-Chowk, leaving only the party workers behind. This has sparked discussions about the night events, challenging the narrative that she was left isolated during the protest.
