The draft of the amendment in the Constitution has been finalised after a 5 hours meeting. The draft will be presented in the National Assembly on January 5 (Monday) while in the Senate on January 6.
According to details, this would be the amendment number 21 in the Constitution.
The Protection of Pakistan Act, Army Act, Navy Act, and Air Force Act would be amended. An addition of a clause in the clause 3 of the Schedule 1 has been suggested.
No trial would be held without the permission of the federal government, the bill states.
According to the draft, the bill would be immediately implemented after it get passed.
