The Federal Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar attended the passing out parade of police officers, which was held at the Police Lines in the federal capital of Islamabad.
According to details, the Interior Minister inspected the passing out parade and was also presented an honorary shield by Islamabad I.G. Tariq Masood Yasin.
Nisar also distributed the keys of vehicles among FC Constabulary, FIA and Islamabad police. The vehicles had been provided by the Chinese government.
Addressing the participants, the Interior Minister said he was happy that 480 new recruits had passed out.
“(We) Have to ensure transparency and merit in recruitment process,” he remrked.
