The unknown plainclothes man along with other policemen besides Gullu Butt was identified as Police Constable Riaz Babar.
The Gullu Butt type character, carrying pistols in both hands, also opened firing on the Awami Tehreek workers (PAT).
Riaz Babar is serving as Police Constable at Model Town Division.
Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has taken notice of report of this individual and ordered his arrest.
