Brendan Paul, former basketball player for Syracuse University and Fairmont State, has been apprehended on allegations of being a “drug mule” for the renowned singer Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs.
Federal agents arrested him while he was attempting to board a private jet alongside Combs at Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport. Upon inspection, authorities discovered cocaine and marijuana-infused candy within Paul’s luggage.
Reports from the U.S. media suggest that Paul was involved in acquiring and distributing drugs and weapons on behalf of Mr. Combs.
Regarding his basketball career, Paul transferred to Fairmont State in NCAA Division II after playing a minimal role at Syracuse over two seasons (2018-2020), appearing in just 16 games for 17 minutes. Post-college, his career turned towards music production, culminating in his production of ‘The Love Album’ for Diddy, a globally recognized rapper with a net worth exceeding $1 billion. Paul was subsequently released on a $2,500 bail.
