In a meeting held in Dubai on Friday, the board of directors of Siemens Pakistan Engineering Company approved accounts and dividend for the year ended Sept 30, 2014.
Final cash dividend at Rs10 or 100 per cent was declared.
The company reported net loss for the year ended Sept 30, 2014 at Rs524 million, translating into loss per share at Rs83.51. The loss was lower than the loss of Rs975m or loss per share at Rs118.22 suffered the earlier year.
Revenue from net sales and services for the latest year amounted to Rs10m, down from Rs13m in FY2013. However, due to decline in cost of sales and services to Rs9m from Rs13m, gross profit for FY14 improved to Rs705m, from Rs328m the previous year.
