Saudi Package Visa Pilot Combines Flights, Hotels, Entry Permit Lede paragraph
Saudi Arabia has launched the pilot phase of its Saudi Package Visa, allowing eligible international tourists to combine flights, accommodation and visa processing in one digital booking.
The Saudi Ministry of Tourism said certified travel and tourism providers will roll out the service across selected international markets before a wider global launch.
The system reduces separate booking steps for visitors planning trips to the Kingdom. Travellers can arrange their itinerary through one approved provider instead of using separate platforms for flights, hotels and entry permits.
The platform also lets users add event tickets, local activities and tourism experiences to their packages, according to officials.
Ahmed Al Khateeb, Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Tourism, said the initiative supports the Kingdom’s push to make travel more seamless for international visitors.
“By integrating visa issuance with travel bookings, we are simplifying the visitor journey and creating a more connected travel experience,” Al Khateeb said.

Officials said the Package Visa builds on Saudi Arabia’s tourist e-Visa, Visa on Arrival and Stopover Transit Visa schemes. The Kingdom welcomed more than 29 million inbound visitors in 2025, according to the announcement.
The facility remains limited to qualified travel operators that meet service standards and provide round-the-clock customer support.
