State Minister for Water and Power Abid Sher Ali has labelled Pakistan Army as the “eyes and ears of the country”.
Abid Sher Ali, speaking to media at the house of Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N) leader Rana Mehmood-ul-Hassan, said that plots were being formed to trap PML-N as soon it formed the government.
He added that conspiracies are being made against the government by making thousands of people sit in the Red Zone area of Islamabad.
“The protesters do not trust the autonomous judiciary as well”, he said
The state minister also said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan usually takes U-turn on every issue.
“What do the protesters in Islamabad want”, Ali asked.
“What is the harm in asking military to act as mediator in the ongoing political turmoil in Pakistan”, he inquired.
