BHAKKAR: Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) is all set to stage a grand rally in Punjab’s city of Bhakkar on Sunday.
Bhakkar is decorated with panaflex and flags of PAT for the rally whereas party activists are roaming around the city on cars, motorcycles and other transportation means to mobilize people.
Around 700 police officers have been deployed for security for the public meeting whereas walk-through gates have been installed around the rally venue.
PAT volunteers will perform security duties around the site and the stage from where party chairman Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri will address the participants.
DPO Bhakkar has said that Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS) is also called to the site to clear the area.
