Smaller airports were also hit:

  • Multan Airport: 14 flights cancelled to Dubai, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Al Khaleejah, Bahrain, Doha and Kuwait
  • Sialkot Airport: 10 flights cancelled to Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and other destinations
  • Faisalabad: 4 flights suspended to the region

The source says the total count of Pakistan-to-Middle East cancellations reached 708 over six days.

The source reports that Pakistan’s beef and mutton exports to Middle East countries have been disrupted due to the closure of airspace and maritime routes linked to the Iran-Israel war.
