Nintendo Switch 2 will get a full remake of “The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time” in 2026. The company announced this during its June 9 online show.
The remake will bring improved graphics and modern updates to the classic Zelda title. Furthermore, Nintendo also confirmed that “Kingdom Hearts IV” will launch on Switch 2 on the same day it releases on other consoles.
The “Kingdom Hearts Collection” will arrive on October 8. A free demo was also released on the day of the announcement.
FromSoftware’s new online action game “The Duskbloods” was another major reveal. The game is being developed specifically for Switch 2.
Nintendo said the first closed online test for “The Duskbloods” will launch in summer 2026.
The event also included “Xenoblade Genesis,” a new entry in the Xenoblade franchise.
Other titles shown during the event included “Nintendo Switch Sports Resort,” “Fire Emblem,” “Star Fox,” “Pokémon Pokopia” and “DELTARUNE Chapter 5.”

Nintendo also listed major third-party games for the platform. These included “Minecraft,” “Stellar Blade,” “Dragon’s Dogma 2: Dark Arisen” and “Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2.”
The company used the event to highlight the number of games planned for Nintendo Switch 2 later this year.
