PHOENIX, United States: A lawsuit against Spectacular Blue Smith filed in Arizona accuses the Pretty Ricky member of sexual assault and battery over an alleged October 2025 encounter.
Alexis Dieng filed the civil complaint in Maricopa County Superior Court on August 12, according to court documents cited by RadarOnline. The allegations have not been proven in court.
Dieng alleges Smith first contacted her through Instagram on or about October 23, 2025, before arranging to meet the following night at a residence in Phoenix.

The complaint alleges that physical contact became nonconsensual and that Smith placed his hands around Dieng’s neck during the encounter. She also alleges that he recorded all or part of the encounter without her knowledge or consent.
Dieng says she reported the alleged assault to the Phoenix Police Department and underwent a forensic sexual assault examination the following day. The lawsuit says the police report identified Smith as the suspect.
She is suing for assault and battery and sexual assault and is seeking general, special and punitive damages in amounts to be determined at trial.

Dieng has requested a jury trial. The complaint represents her account of events, and the allegations remain unproven.
