The National Assembly passed a condemnation resolution against persistent Indian aggression. It was presented by Foreign Advisor Sartaj Aziz earlier today.
The essence of the resolution expresses house’s grave concerns over the repeated and unprovoked violations of Line of Control (LoC) by the Indian armed forces.
It further states the unprovoked firing of Indian army is targeting innocent people.
Defence Minister Khawaja Asif said Pakistan army is capable of giving a befitting response to Indian offences.
He said we intend not to worsen the situation but India must not confuse our desire to peace and reconciliation with weakness.
