The prime suspect in Mustafa Amir’s brutal murder, Armaghan, has confessed, per an investigation report.
The young victim vanished from Karachi’s Defence area before his body was found. Armaghan, arrested last month, ran a call center in a Khayaban-e-Momin bungalow, employing 30-40 workers and housing three illegal lion cubs. His confession details a chilling sequence of events tied to drugs and a personal feud.

Armaghan’s interrogation exposes a web of crime. On January 6, a dispute turned deadly after Mustafa skipped a New Year’s Eve party. Armaghan and accomplice Shiraz beat Mustafa with an iron rod, stripped him, bound him, and stuffed him in his car’s trunk. They drove to Hub, burned the vehicle with petrol, and ditched his phone and belongings. Two employees cleaned blood from the scene on Armaghan’s orders.

After the murder, Armaghan misled Mustafa’s mother, claiming he’d visited a drug dealer. As suspicion grew, he and Shiraz fled to Islamabad. Days before a police raid, Armaghan returned to Karachi, firing at officers before his capture. The raid uncovered weapons, laptops, and more. With a past drug case from 2019, Armaghan’s confession now drives the push for justice.
