A man was killed and three, including a woman, were injured earlier today when a trailer overturned on two vehicles in Islamabad. According to police and rescue official, the incident took place near city’s vegetable market Sector I-9 this morning when an over-speeding trailer went out of the driver’s control and overturned on two cars.
The giant vehicle badly trapped four people inside their vehicles, leaving them critically wounded. Rescue teams and area people rushed to the site and pulled the injured from vehicles.
A man on board a car died of his wounds before he could be taken to hospital while three others were shifted to Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) hospital.
