Islamabad: A report of Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) says that majority of the ‘Form-15’ (ballot paper account) that disappeared after the 2013 general elections were missing in constituencies won by the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) during 2013 general elections.
The judicial commission investigating alleged rigging in previous elections has asked the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) to make available the ‘Form 15’ used in different polling stations fo the country.
Reports said Returning Officers (ROs) were made responsible for maintaining the document consisting of accounts for ballot papers used, discarded or remained unused out of the total papers supplied.
Sources said a report compiled by the ECP says Form-15 of 43% polling stations have been found missing in PTI constituencies; 40% in PPP constituencies and 28% in PML-N constituencies.
The report says that overall Form-15 are missing in polling stations of 33% National Assembly constituencies. The record is missing in 45 percent polling stations of Sindh, 43% of KPK, 40% of Balochistan and 29 of Punjab.
