A woman was hammered to death by her family-in-law in Hafizabad on Thursday.
A case has been registered against four people including the mother-in-law and father-in-law of the victim.
A resident of the village, Nasir Hussain – who was victim’s husband was reportedly murdered earlier by his son and victim’s family-in-law was suspicious that she had made her son kill Hussain.
According to the police, the victim had an argument with her in-laws, which escalated to her being beaten to death by a hammer.
