The Minister says billions of rupees being spent to rehabilitate infrastructure in flood affected areas.
Minister of State for National Health Services Regulations and Coordination, Saira Afzal Tarar says government is taking all possible steps to combat flood situation in the country.
Talking to people in villages near Hafizabad, she said billions of rupees are being spent to rehabilitate infrastructure in flood affected areas.
She said that district administration Hafizabad has made all arrangements to shift the people from flood areas to safer places and 9 flood relief centers have been set up in case of flood in the River Chenab.
