A moderate earthquake measuring 5.1 on the Richter Scale hits Peshawar, Chitral and Malakand Division early morning today.
There is no report of any damage caused by the quake anywhere in the affected region.
The tremors were felt in Peshawar, Chitral and parts of Malakand Division this morning, sending frightened people streaming into the streets away from their houses.
The epicenter of the earthquake was located 70 kilometers from Chitral in Hindu Kash mountain range and 73 km deep
