Karachi, Sindh, investigators traced the alleged Anmol Pinky cocaine network across Lahore, Rawalpindi and Karachi, according to details from an investigative report.
The report said Anmol alias Pinky told investigators that her former husbands, Rana Nasir and Rana Akram, had both served as police officers.
The suspect said she studied at a government girls’ school in Karachi’s Sohrab Goth area before moving to Lahore, Punjab, in 2006 to pursue modelling and acting.
During her stay in Lahore, she allegedly met a woman named Aashi near Minar-e-Pakistan and later came into contact with Rana Nasir while visiting film directors’ offices.
According to the report, the suspect claimed Rana Nasir introduced her to a narcotics trafficking network and connected her with alleged members identified as Bobby and Kiran.
Investigators said the suspect alleged that Kiran’s husband, described as an African national, smuggled pure cocaine into Pakistan.
The report said Anmol Pinky claimed CIA Lahore arrested her in 2024 and that two vehicles and Rs5 million were taken from her as a bribe after the arrest.
The suspect told investigators she transported narcotics hidden in briefcases to Iqbal alias Bala in Karachi while working for Rana Nasir.
After separating from Rana Nasir, she allegedly hired a woman to move narcotics between Lahore and Karachi for Rs50,000 per trip, the report said.
Investigators said the suspect also claimed she ran seven riders for deliveries in Karachi, with Aqib, Aijaz and Hamza still active and used a bank account under the name Sameer for transactions.
