Five intelligence agency personnel died earlier today, hours after they were injured in a road accident in Sahiwal that took place while they were returning from the funeral of a colleague who was killed during the operation against suspected terrorists on Raiwind Road.
Eleven intelligence agency personnel had initially been injured in the accident Thursday caused by a collision between the van carrying them and a truck.
The injured personnel who were travelling from Raiwind towards Sargodha when the accident took place were transferred to the Civil Military Hospital (CMH) Sargodha for treatment.
