According to police sources, two bandits were busy in looting people in Aram Bagh area when a police party reached the spot upon which the criminals opened fire at the police party.
Police returned fire and as a result both the dacoits were killed on the spot.
On the other hand, police have arrested two accused during raids in Landhi and Azizabad.
Meanwhile, police have recovered a dead body from National Highway Link Road and shifted it to nearby hospital. The identity of the deceased is not yet known.
