During a nighttime operation on August 14-15, security forces neutralized two terrorists in the Razmak area of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa’s North Waziristan district, based on intelligence reports, the military announced.
The operation was initiated when the forces cornered the terrorists’ hideout. Following a fierce gunfight, the two terrorists were eliminated, as per a statement from the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).
Along with the elimination of these terrorists, who were implicated in various crimes against both security forces and civilians, weapons and ammunition were seized. The area is currently undergoing a thorough sweep to ensure no further threats.
Residents commend the operation, voicing strong support for actions against terrorism, the military’s media division reported.
