The Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz) government will present its 2nd federal budget since coming to power in June 2013 with emphasis on revival of the economy by undertaking taxation reforms, resolving energy crisis, promoting growth and curtailing non-development expenditures thereby creating necessary fiscal space to provide relief to the general public.
Finance Minister Ishaq Dar will unveil the budget at a special session of the National Assembly at around 4.30 pm tomorrow.
Apart from diplomats and other dignitaries, first time President Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) Zakaria Usman, Zonal Chairman PFCCI, Islamabad, Munawar Mughal, VP SAARC Chamber of Commerce and Industry Pak chapter Iftikhar Ali Malik have also been invited by the Federal Finance Minister to witness the budget session proceedings.
