India’s Nida Khan SIT probe has widened after investigators examined alleged religious coercion, digital links and a second phone in a Nashik BPO case linked to Tata Consultancy Services.
SIT sources cited by CNN-News18 said Khan allegedly visited the complainant’s home for religious rituals and sent nearly 171 religious-content links.
The case centres on allegations of sexual harassment, religious pressure and attempted conversion involving employees at the Maharashtra unit.
Police arrested Khan in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar on May 7 after he allegedly evaded arrest for more than 40 days.
Investigators have sent a second phone for forensic analysis and are reviewing bank records over suspected outside financial support.
