National Bank of Pakistan has announced that pensioners can get their pensions till 6pm on Monday.
A spokesman of NBP said payments will be made to those pensioners who enter bank premises till 6 pm.
He said bank management has also arranged iftari for pensioners present in the bank at the time of iftar.
Meanwhile, State Bank has constituted a committee for smooth functioning of ATM machines till 10th of this month.
SBP has advised all commercial banks to take necessary measures for facilitation of general public.
The ATM sites of commercial banks will be examined by inspectors of State Bank and verification teams of SBP-BSC field offices during the period 1st July 2016 till 10th July 2016 to verify their operational status.
