The public prosecutor contended that Danish was under the influence of drugs during the accident. In contrast, Senator Naek disputed this, pointing out that the medical report’s findings were inconclusive as methamphetamine was detected in the urine, not in the blood.
The court asked about the quantity of methamphetamine in the urine sample, to which the state counsel responded that the medical report did not specify the amount. Danish’s lawyer suggested that the presence of the drug in the urine could be related to her psychiatric medication, which might have influenced the medical report findings.
