Punjab former law minister, Rana Sanaullah earlier today expressed his trust in the judicial commission and said that he would personally appear before it.
Talking to media here, Rana Sanaullah said that the Model Town tragedy was the result of mismanagement and later the situation arising thereby. Police and civil administration had gone there to remove the barriers and no decision was taken to hurt anybody, he said.
He said that his resignation has helped pave the way for holding a transparent enquiry by the judicial commission.
