Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim will visit Pakistan for three days, from October 2 to 4, upon the invitation of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.
The Foreign Office stated that a high-level delegation, including ministers, deputy ministers, and senior officials, will accompany him.
PM Anwar Ibrahim will discuss a comprehensive agenda with PM Shehbaz Sharif during his stay. They will address ties between Pakistan and Malaysia across various sectors, such as trade, connectivity, energy, agriculture, the halal industry, tourism, cultural exchanges, and people-to-people relationships.
The leaders will also deliberate on regional and global issues.
This visit underscores Pakistan’s robust bilateral relationship with Malaysia, which is deeply rooted in shared historical, cultural, and religious ties. It represents a significant opportunity to advance relations between the two nations.
