The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) assembly turned into a war-zone over remarks against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan.

According to the details, an uproar in KPK Assembly occurred when the Opposition Leader Latifur Rehman remarked about women’s alleged dancing at PTI’s sit-ins in Islamabad.

The Speaker of the KPK Assembly asked the lawmakers to be seated, but in vain.

The PTI’s women lawmakers started loud protest against the remark which soon turned into a chaos as the opposition women also jumped in.

The government and opposition lawmakers kept chanting slogans against each other and the hall echoed with ‘go Imran go’ and ‘go Nawaz go’ chants.

The Speaker tried to calm the house down but postponed the session when the situation got out of control.

PTI leader Shah Farman said, while talking to the media, that he is ‘very disappointed’ after seeing this attitude of the opposition.

He said using abusive language for women is not a Pashtun tradition and that the opposition hasn’t learned anything except for swearing.
