As many as seven people were killed in different areas of the city earlier today
According to police, two men were shot dead in firing incidents that took place at Shara-e-Iraq and Native Jetty Bridge.
Earlier this morning, a tortured dead body of an unidentified man was found from Defence area of the city.
In another firing incident that occurred in Manghopir a man was killed.
Yesterday, eight people, including three policemen, were killed in different parts of the city. According to police, the police squad was targeted when on routine patrolling in Manhgopir area.
