An Anti-Terrorism Court of Karachi on Saturday once again, issued non-bailable arrest warrants for Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Chief Altaf Hussain as well as party leader Haider Abbas Rizvi in the by now, provocative speech case.
During the last hearing, the investigation officer had sought time for the arrest of absconders, however, the IO failed to present them before the court today.
Provocative speech case is registered at New Town police station.
MQM Senator Tahir Mashhadi had been released from the same case on lack of evidence.
