Rawalpindi: Director General, Inter Service Public Relations (ISPR), Maj Gen. Asim Saleem Bajwa Wednesday said that the armed forces and the whole nation are resolute not only to deny any space to misguided terrorists but also fully eliminate them.
In his tweet regarding Kurram Blast on social media, he said that two suicide bombers approached football match at Ali Zai. They were checked by Levies. One terrorist who rushed to crowd was forcibly stopped, who exploded himself.
The second bomber, who ran from the scene, was chased by levies. They shot him dead.
The Chief of Army Satff (COAS), Gen. Raheel Sharif commended levies, crowd’s vigilance and valiant action and urged them to remain vigilant always.
