Charsadda: Aftab Ahmad Khan Sherpao, chief of Qaumi Watan Party, Thursday escaped a suicide attack in Charsadda, while one policeman was killed and five persons injured in the explosion. According to reports, Aftab Sherpao was going to his home from Omarzai area of Charsadda when his convoy was attacked by a suicide bomber. One police man was killed and five persons were injured in the attack. However, Aftab Sherpao remained safe. According to reports, four terrorists had attacked the convoy of the QWP chief. One suicide bomber blew himself up while another was shot dead by police. According to reports, two terrorists escaped from the area.
